Speaker, motivator, motivation conference
Warren is President of a management consulting firm based in Toronto. His corporate career roots are in sales and marketing.
Working with Fortune 500 companies, his firm made its name during the 80’s doing strategy work and change-implementation projects based on their Service Management models. During the 90’s his focus shifted to concentrate on the trends analysis and strategy work that was always part of these initiatives.
trends are interacting with each other, in an effort to determine how they are most likely to actually play out. Often running against conventional wisdom, this ‘trends blending’ approach has correctly called everything from organizational priorities and stock market swings to real estate values and election results. He’s worked with clients of every size, and from every sector, including economic development entities from the Yukon to the Persian Gulf. The firm has served clients in a dozen countries on 5 continents.
Warren has also been involved in his industry’s professional associations over the years, including serving on the Executive Council of the 165,000-member Intrntl. Fed. for T & D Organizations in the 1980’s, and being Chairman of the 5,000-member Intrntl. Fed. for Prof. Speakers in the 1990’s. He’s had articles published in professional journals around the world, and is the recipient of numerous awards and designations within his industry.
He holds memberships in the Professional Speakers Association, and Mensa; and currently serves as Chair of the Board of Governors of Laura’s Hope, a global fund accelerating clinical trials for treatments for Huntington’s Disease.
